For those on the go, try our In a New York Minute Quick Breakfast, which includes bagels with cream cheese & jam, granola & yogurt parfaits, assorted fruit tray, coffee & tea.

Introducing our delicious Box Lunch Options! Choose from our Burrito Box, Croissant Box, Sub Box, or Salad Box with chicken or shrimp. Each box comes with a fruit cup and a cookie, and you can add a canned soda of your choice for just $2.50. Perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch on the go!

Pasillas Catering offers two Lunch buffet options for your next event. The Belize Buffet requires a minimum of 40 guests and includes a choice of salad, two hot entrees, and two accompaniments for $28 per person. The Vintage Buffet requires a minimum of 100 guests and includes a choice of two salads, three hot entrees, and three accompaniments for $30 per person. Both buffets come with rolls, butter, chef's selection of desserts, and the option to add a non-alcoholic beverage plan for $4 per person.

Our Aztec menu offers a wide range of delicious Mexican dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings. Start off with our fresh chips and salsa, a perfect appetizer to share with friends and family. For something more filling, try our quesadillas, available with your choice of shredded chicken, ground beef, steak or grilled chicken. Our taco bar is a crowd-pleaser, with a variety of toppings to choose from. If you're in the mood for something hearty, our burritos are a great option, available with your choice meat and rice & beans. For more indulgent meal, try our Texas fajitas or our signature fajitas, both served with a variety of toppings and sides. Come and enjoy a delicious Mexican feast at our restaurant.

Introducing Pasillas Catering's Belize Packages! Our Manny's Package offers a mouth-watering selection of Cadillac Fajitas, Shrimp Fajitas, Steak Fajitas, Chicken Fajitas, and Carnitas, all served with bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions. For a more affordable option, try Juan's Package, which includes delicious Burritos and Quesadillas. And for a fun and interactive meal, Margarita's Package offers a Taco Bar with all the fixings. All packages come with rice, your choice of black or refried beans, sour cream, chips & salsa. Don't forget to add our famous Guacamole and Cheese Dip!

 Pasillas Catering offers a delicious Dinner Buffet Menu. All buff include rolls & butter, chef selection of desserts, and unlimited soft drinks. The menu features a variety of salads, accompaniments, and entrées, including the option to add a Carved Prime Rib of Beef or Carved Top Round for an additional fee. The Lincoln Buffet includes a choice of 2 salads, entrées, and accompaniments, the Liberty Buffet offers a choice of 3 salads, 3 entrées, and 3 accompaniments, as well as cheese, fruit, and vegetables. 

Pasillas Catering's Premier Buffet Package offers a luxurious dining experience with a wide variety of hors d'oeuvres, accomiments, main entrées, and salads to choose from. Indulge in delectable dishes such as Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Slow Roasted Shredded Pork, and Margarita Shrimp over Rice. With options like Green Beans Almondine, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Baby Glazed Carrots, the accompaniments are just as impressive. Choose from Classic, Caesar, or Garden salads to complete your meal.
